1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you"), and 889bd (hereinafter "889bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 3 Account Registration

Each individual player may open exactly one (1) account on the 889bd platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Inactive account deductions: Accounts that remain inactive — defined as having no login, deposit, or betting activity — for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any deductions are applied.

889bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where the transaction patterns appear inconsistent with normal player activity. Withdrawal requests may also be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and event markets available on the 889bd platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may apply in addition to these general provisions and are published within the relevant betting section of the platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits applicable to each market. 889bd reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market at its discretion.
• Bets placed on markets that are suspended at the time of placement will be void. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the market is active and the odds are confirmed before submitting a bet slip.
